Attendance management
Student attendance system with face, voice, photo and QR
Mark a class in seconds from the phone, tell parents about absences the same morning, and spot slipping attendance from a heatmap rather than a hunch.

Five ways to take the same register
Each method writes to the same attendance record, so reports never care which one a teacher used.
Present, Absent, Late, Half Day
The classic list, tuned for speed. Live percentages update as you tap, and a student with an approved out-pass is marked Half Day automatically.
Use the phone’s camera
Face-based attendance is built into the Android app. The teacher can correct any exception by hand before saving.
Mark by speaking
Voice attendance on the Android app, for the teacher whose hands are full with books and a register.
Use a photo
Photo-based attendance is available on the Android app as another way to take the register without typing.
Scan and go
QR attendance for students and for staff, at the gate or at the classroom door.
The morning routine
Absent today: one list, one tap, parents told
The Absent Today list shows class, roll number, name and section. Send the SMS from the same screen and the front desk stops making calls.

Questions
Common questions
Which ways of marking attendance are supported?
Manual marking (Present, Absent, Late, Half Day) and QR scanning on web and app. On the Android app you can also mark by face, voice or photo. Biometric devices can feed attendance through the biometric server endpoint.
Do parents get told when a child is absent?
The Absent Today list shows class, roll number, name and section, and the office can send an SMS to the absent students’ parents from that screen. Notifications also reach the parent app.
What if the network is poor in class?
The Android app has an offline sync centre. Attendance is queued on the phone and uploaded when the network returns.
Is there hostel attendance too?
Yes. Hostel roll calls run on slots with an assigned duty roster, and absentees, registers and reports are kept apart from the school-day attendance.
Can we see trends, not just today?
Yes. There is a summary report, a detailed report and a trend heatmap, so a class with falling attendance shows up before the term ends.
