How it works
How ThinkEduAI onboarding works: four steps, no lost week
You do not need to stop the school to start using software. This is what happens between “yes” and the first fee receipt.
What you bring
- Your fee structure
- Student and staff lists, in Excel or even a photo of the register
- A person from the office who will be the first user
Not sure what your Excel looks like? Send it anyway. We have seen messier.
- Step 1
Demo on your own setup
We open ThinkEduAI with your fee heads and class list, so you judge it on your school and not on a sample.
- Step 2
Import your data
You send the sheets. We map the columns, flag duplicates and missing fields, and load students, staff and fee structure with you watching.
- Step 3
Train the office
Short sessions for the accountant, the front desk and the teachers, in the language they prefer. Roles are set so each person sees only what they need.
- Step 4
Go live in stages
Start with fees and attendance. Turn on the parent app, then exams, hostel, payroll or the website when the office is ready.

Questions
Before you book a demo
How long does setup take?
It depends on how clean your data is and how many modules you switch on. Schools that send tidy Excel sheets can often start collecting fees within the first couple of weeks. We will give you a plan after the demo.
Do we need to stop the current system on day one?
No. Many schools run both for a short overlap, then switch the fee counter first and the rest later.
Who trains our staff?
We do, in Hindi or English, in short sessions for the accountant, the front desk and teachers.
What if we get stuck after going live?
Write or call. Email support is part of every plan, and Growth plans get priority onboarding.
