Can parents pay online?
Yes. ThinkEduAI creates Razorpay payment links for fees and keeps an online payment history, so the office can match what came in against what was due. You need your own Razorpay account for this.
Can we set different fees for different students?
Yes. Fee amounts are mapped by class and student setup, waivers and their rules are configured separately, and coupons can be used for discounts. Every concession stays on the student’s record.
How do pending-fee reminders work?
Fee Reminder Automation sends reminders for pending fees on the schedule you set, and the Unpaid Info list shows exactly who is behind so the office can follow up personally where it matters.
Can a receipt be cancelled?
Cancel control is part of fee collection, so a wrong receipt can be reversed with a trace, and a fee data audit helps you catch mistakes before they reach the accounts.
