This policy explains when ECOMSOLVER PRIVATE LIMITED refunds subscription fees for ThinkEduAI.

The demo is free. You pay nothing until you choose to subscribe.
Subscription fees
Subscription fees cover the period you have paid for. Because the service is made available to you from the day your account is set up, fees for a period that has begun are generally not refundable.
When we do refund
- You were charged more than once for the same period, or charged in error.
- You paid for a plan or module that we were unable to make available to you.
- Any other case where we agree in writing that a refund is fair.
How to ask
Email sales@ecomsolver.com with your school name, the invoice or payment reference and the reason. We will reply with a decision, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Taxes
Where a refund is made, GST charged on that amount is handled as the law requires.
