Things schools ask us
Is there an iPhone app?
Not at the moment. The ThinkEduAI app is for Android. Parents without an Android phone can still be reached by SMS and the school can share information on the website.
Is the app in Hindi?
Yes. The app, like the web panel, supports English and Hindi.
Does it work without internet?
The offline sync centre lets people keep working with a weak or no network. Changes queue on the phone and sync when the network returns, and offline help is built in.
Can a parent with two children use one login?
Yes. Parents switch between siblings, and tapping a push notification jumps to the right child and screen.
What can staff do on the app that they cannot do on the web?
Face, voice and photo attendance, scanner capture for QR codes, receipts and student photos, a class rank board, a coordinator report and one-tap full history of a student or staff member are app-only. Heavy setup and bulk import stay on the web.
