Which channels can we send notices through?
The Send Message screen sends SMS, WhatsApp or email using templates you create, and notices also reach the parent app with push notifications and an in-app inbox. SMS and WhatsApp delivery depend on your own message provider setup.
Can we send a notice to one class only?
Yes. The notice board supports targeted notices to students, teachers or staff, with an optional popup alert.
How do parent-teacher meetings work?
You create the PTM, teachers see their PTM duty, approvals are managed in one place, and settings and meeting questions are configured per meeting.
Is there a help desk?
Yes. Ticket topics define the title, role and description, and tickets can be raised and tracked by parents and staff.
Can we collect feedback?
Surveys have public links, and responses roll up in reports. There is also teacher feedback and a wellness tracker for students.
