Exam management

Exam management software with auto seating plans and duty rosters

Plan the exam, seat the students, roster the invigilators, print admit cards and publish results. The night-before scramble becomes a button.

The exam cycle

Everything between the date sheet and the result card

  1. Terms, papers and rooms

Create exam terms, define the papers and allocate rooms. The schedule is the base for everything that follows.

  2. Seating plans, generated

The auto seat planner builds a plan for each sitting, so nobody redraws a seating chart by hand the night before.

  3. Duty assigned, swapped, recorded

Assign invigilation by rules, handle swaps, mark duty attendance and log any exam incident that happens in the room.

  4. Admit cards, with or without a dues check

Print admit cards for the whole class or one student, optionally checking pending fees first.

  5. Marks, ranks and publishing

Enter marks, publish results, see ranks and an exam dashboard, and issue marksheets and HPC from configurable grade scales.

One line each, no spreadsheet

Built for the people who run the exam

The exam coordinator, the invigilators, the accountant who holds the dues list and the parent who wants the result. All on one record.

  • Exam duty roster, swaps and duty rules
  • Exam incidents logged against the sitting
  • Results dashboard and class rank view
  • External marksheets and certificates with approval
  • Results on the parent app

Questions

Before you book a demo

How does the auto seat planner work?

You set the exam, rooms and sittings and the planner generates the seating plan for each sitting. You can adjust it and print it. The seating plan, the room allocation and the duty roster all live under Examination and Duty.

Can invigilation duty be swapped?

Yes. Duty rules decide who can be assigned, duty assignment fills the roster, and a swap request moves one teacher’s duty to another with a record of the change. Duty attendance and exam incidents are recorded too.

Does it support CBSE Holistic Progress Cards?

Yes. Grade scales, marksheets and the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) are part of Grades and HPC. Grade scales are configurable for your board scheme.

Can admit cards be blocked for unpaid fees?

Admit cards can be printed with an optional dues check, so the school decides whether pending fees stop a card.

Can we record marksheets from other schools?

Yes. External marksheets can be recorded for transfer students, and certificates can be issued from the same system with an approval step.
