Terms of Service

These terms apply when a school or institution (“you”) subscribes to or uses ThinkEduAI, a school management service provided by ECOMSOLVER PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”).
1. The service
ThinkEduAI is a hosted school management system with a web panel and an Android app. The modules available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or retire features, and will tell you in advance when a change materially affects what you use.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping login details safe and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Please assign roles so that each person has only the access their work needs.
3. Your data
Your school’s data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, support you and keep the service secure, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for an export of your data, and you can ask us to delete it when you stop using the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ThinkEduAI to break the law, to send spam, to attempt to access another school’s data, or to upload material you have no right to share. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other schools at risk.
5. Fees and payment
Subscription fees are set out in your plan or order and are charged before GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Fees are due in advance for the period you have subscribed to. If a payment is overdue we may restrict access until it is settled, after giving you notice.
6. Third-party services
Some features rely on services you arrange yourself, such as an SMS provider, a WhatsApp provider or a payment gateway like Razorpay. Their terms and charges apply to your use of them.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep ThinkEduAI available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is provided by email and phone during working hours.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using ThinkEduAI at the end of any paid period by telling us in writing. We may end the agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it after notice.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions can be sent to sales@ecomsolver.com.
